Cook'n with Class started in 2007 by French chef Eric Fraudeau, is a French cooking school based in Paris offering French cooking classes ranging from baking, to bread making, cheese & wine tasting, Market and Food tours, all taught in English to small group sizes by professional chefs. Class are one-day lessons allowing visiting tourists to get a taste of French food in a morning, afternoon or evening class. Since its opening it has taught the art of French cuisine to over 30,000 students from all over the world.
In 2015 Cook'n with Class opened its second school, Cook'n with Class Uzès in the South of France, where the focus is on Provencal and Mediterranean cuisine. As in Paris, classes are taught in English in small groups this time by chef Eric Fraudeau himself. Website: www.cooknwithclass-uzes.com
