Let’s be honest, even in families where both partners are working, we’re still following a ‘primary carer’ model. Research tells us that. But it is just not working for us anymore. It is causing frustration, poor wellbeing including mental ill health, and in some cases relationship breakdown. Conversation about this is not enough. We need practical solutions. Say hello to melo! melo is a tool, program and a methodology that not only helps families get sh!t done, reducing their mental load but also helps shift their behaviour and move from the primary carer model to operating as a team. We also work with exceptional organisations that want to support their employees by providing practical solution to this problem through speaking, training, coaching and of course providing the tool. melo is based on the latest research in teaming, productivity, behavioural science and wellbeing and will continuously partner in research with academia.
