Founded in 1995, Community Homes is a nonprofit with a mission to provide exceptional community-based housing for adults with developmental disabilities so they can live their best lives. We currently operate ten Adult Family Homes and Shared Living Homes on the eastside and in Shoreline, with three new homes opened in the past five years. We know the need is great and we aspire to keep growing.
