Children in Placement-CT, Inc. is a non-profit organization that trains local volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children in foster care. We have been helping the children of Connecticut since 1979. The mission of Children in Placement is to facilitate effective judicial review of children and families involved in court proceedings where neglect, abuse, and other risks are alleged in order to promote a safe, permanent home for children in Connecticut.
