The Handmade Cake Company bakes great tasting handmade cakes, traybakes, loaf cakes, wrapped slices and scones for coffee shops and restaurants across the UK and Internationally, distributed via frozen food wholesalers. Baked from scratch in our ‘AA grade’ BRC certified bakery in Berkshire, using kitchen cupboard ingredients and large scale ‘traditional’ kitchen tools, our cakes have won 46 Great Taste Awards in the last 15 years. Our wide range includes a growing number of Coeliac UK Certified Gluten Free cakes, traybakes and scones, many of which have also won Great Taste Awards. Our cakes are immediately frozen to lock in the freshness, and come pre-portioned so you can defrost only as much as is needed.
