NPC Research provides quality social services evaluation, policy analysis, research, and training. We are dedicated to improving the effectiveness of human services offered to children, families, and communities. Our staff work closely with community partners and policymakers to implement research strategies that provide timely answers to policy-relevant questions. To achieve our mission, we create a supportive work environment that fosters productivity, cultural responsiveness, and creativity. NPC has been honored for several years by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a winner of the When Work Works Award. The award is earned after a rigorous assessment that emphasizes the real-life experiences of employees and incorporates national benchmarks of employer practices from the National Study of Employers and the National Study of the Changing Workforce. In 2017 NPC earned second place among nearly 300 award winners nationally.
