Vision and Mission The PACES Center for Value in Healthcare, Inc. envisions a healthcare system that provides the highest value care to patients. To accomplish this, the Center’s mission is to serve the public interest by educating consumers about value in healthcare, by promulgating voluntary consensus standards for the analysis of value in healthcare by payers and providers, and by encouraging payers and providers to help establish and maintain those standards such that they reflect the state of the art in medicine.
