James Knoepfle began Medical Surgical Inc. in the early 90's as a small medical distributorship in Minneapolis, MN. After spending many years working with orthopedic surgeons James, along with a world renowned surgeon in Alabama, developed the ACL washer post & screw. Since then the goal post fixation system has provided surgeons with great results in the repair of ACL reconstruction. Over 16,000 sets have been used in surgeries around the United States.
