BA Metal Processing BAMP activites starts from identifying right vendor for the right part development, taking complete view of supplier strength and capabilities. BAMP prepares 3D model for parts, considering foundry / forge process requirements and also including machining, surface condition requirements for parts. This will be used as input for pattern designing, and estimation about weight of part. These 3D models are submitted to customer for their review and consent before starting actual development process. Customer's assembly / fit, form and functional requirements, testing and qualification parameters are thus taken care while part model is made. Through this process, flaws / surprises that could arise at the final stage is nullified, and our aim to make First Time Right is achieved. We have received lots of appreciation mails from customers about our - Expedition and scheduling process, quality compliance of parts, packaging method adopted for shipment and we can include these in the website appropriately.
