Absolute Barbecues is known for its Wish Grill, Barbecues, and Buffet. The Company was founded by Mr. Prosenjit Roy Choudhary. Mr. Prosenjit Roy Choudhary, Mr. P. M. Gurudas, and Ms. General Atlantic are promoters of the company. Mr. Prosenjit Roy Choudhary, Mr. P. M. Gurudas, and Mr. Varun Talukdar are current Board Members of the company. The Company operates its outlet in India and Dubai. All outlets in India are company-owned and company-operated outlets. In Dubai company has been given franchise rights to run its AB outlets. The company has three business formats where AB’s is known for Wish Grill and Buffet Services, 3B’s (Buddies-Bar-barbecue) known for Bar & Dining, and AB’s Express known for food delivery.
