The mission of UpliftedCare is to provide compassionate physical, emotional, spiritual and social support to individuals throughout our service area who are living with terminal illnesses. We strive to provide comprehensive palliative care, regardless of ability to pay, in a manner that maintains the dignity and independence of the person and family.
