With over 8,000 enrolments each year, Bendigo TAFE is a major training provider for the health and nursing sectors, trades, environment and primary industries. We also have a strong presence in a range of industries such as creative, Indigenous studies, automotive, hair and beauty.
Our courses range from basic certificate to diploma and advanced diploma levels, with pathways to over 25 university degrees. We are a flexible, innovative and dynamic place of learning with a rich multicultural atmosphere and our programs are delivered across five campuses in Bendigo, Echuca and Castlemaine.

The Health and Community Centre
of Excellence provides high-quality training in Community Services, Health and Nursing, Children’s Services, Aged Care, Education Support, Dental Assisting, Disability, Pathology and Work Health and Safety.
Students learn from experienced professionals, work with interactive technology and practice in simulation labs, including an aged care home. The centre is designed to combat future skills shortages through leadership in teaching and workforce planning that predicts and is proactive in addressing future demands in the health and community services sector.

Our Food and Fibre Centre of Excellence delivers unique learning outcomes in the following areas; Food and fibre production, Animal care management, Plants and landscapes, Food processing (primary) Environment/National resource management and other related applied sciences.
