ASIAMIN CAPITAL Advisors Pte Ltd is a Single Family Office based out of Singapore. The company was founded in 2007 with the aim of establishing the capital allocation and investment management functions of the Asiamin Group. The Family Office in Singapore provides business advisory services and directs the capital allocation function of the group’s capital resources via the management of an equities long only fund which seeks value today relative to where we believe the business will be, with a high probability, in the next three to five years. It is our objective, as business analysts, to research, understand, invest in & to partner with, for the longer term, selected listed companies, with superior business models & durable competitive advantages having predictable & growing corporate cash flows and which are run by shareholder focused & competent management of high integrity, resulting ultimately in superior returns on equity and compounded returns for investors. This essentially involves investing, at fair prices, in a concentrated portfolio of superior businesses that meet the above criteria and then letting superior businesses compound value over time. In our opinion, being associated over the medium and long term with top quality people running top quality businesses having demonstrable pricing power, dramatically reduces the risk of a loss of capital and additionally provides superior returns investment while acting as the best hedge against inflation. Holding onto pieces of such superior businesses, bought at reasonable discounts to their intrinsic values, and allowing the magic of compounding to play out over the medium to long term is a strategy, we believe, which provides us the opportunity to grow our capital without taking on the unacceptable risk of a permanent loss of capital.
