IPP Education Ltd is a subsidiary of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) and is the company through which the CIPP’s learning and development programmes are delivered. IPP Education was originally founded in 1991 when the Diploma in Payroll Management was launched. The first intake for students was slightly under 500, when all our research indicated that we would only get around 100. Our learning and development portfolio offers individuals and employers learning opportunities at all levels.
