Adhyayan Quality Education Services is an education movement set up by educators for educators, dedicated to ensuring a "good" school for every child. We are dedicated to improving the quality of leadership and learning in schools. The support that Adhyayan provides school leaders is the tools and process for undertaking evidence based, stakeholder inclusive school self-review, working alongside the school for improvement, capacity building and developing a robust professional learning community as a school environment. We believe there is immense potential in each school, its leaders & each child as long as they have a will to honestly self-reflect & learn 21st century skills. We work alongside our clients to assist them in transforming the quality of schooling and the learning opportunities of all their students by embedding internationally accepted approaches and practices contextualised for India. By September 2023, Adhyayan will have completed 1812 reviews conducted in 1475 schools. This spans over 6 National and International School Boards in 30 states and union territories in 11 languages, since we began in 2012. Adhyayan’s Community of Practice has seen a remarkable turnout, with over 3600 participants actively engaging in our free 53 online sessions. Additionally, 262 participants attended a total of 43 online workshops over 2 years as part of the Adhyayan Professional Development Programme.
