Therefore, one of our key products is our evidence-based Inclusive Leader System Assessment that allows you to accurately measure your leaders Inclusive Leadership capability. It is easy to include and engage with people like us, in fact our brain is wired to favour this type of connection. The key question is: are we still inclusive with people who are different to us? Our unique approach allows leaders to understand how inclusive their leadership is from raters who are different to the leader in at least one of the main protected characteristics. We take a mixed approach that includes a self-assessment using validated scales and a 360 assessment. The underrepresented employees feedback is aggregated to protect confidentiality and an individual report is provided for the leader, identifying areas of strength and improvement as well as highlighting gaps in self-awareness.
