ACPL is maintaining a high level up to 400 Tons of Paper stock in its premises equipped with Roll clamp attached forklift & an overhead crane to move the paper reels. Alpine Containers Pvt. Enthused with its success in meeting quality standard requirements of its customers, ACPL Imported & installed fully automatic Corrugated 5 Ply production line from China in the Year 2012. The ACPL crossed another milestone again by importing & installing 2 Color automatic Printer Slotter with a speed of 11000 boxes per hour along with Automatic folder gluer for pinless boxes having speed of 25000 boxes per hour & 2 no's Semi Automatic Stitching Machines in the month of January – 2014. Recently we have installed a state of the art Roll Form label machine from Germany. It’s a 8 color full UV press along with complete slitting and inspection system from Germany to enable us to deliver 100 % defect free label to our valued clients.
