Alpe d'HuZes was created with the aim to empower people to convert the sense of powerlessness, caused by cancer, into one of strength. We achieve this by motivating as many people as possible to constantly challenge and expand their boundaries. Alpe d'HuZes wants to raise funds to fight cancer by cycling up the Alpe d'Huez six times in one day. The name, Alpe d'Huzes, is a combination of the Dutch word for "six" and the name of the mountain. Alpe d'HuZes is founded on the absolute belief that you can attain the greatest possible satisfaction if you put your heart and soul into helping others.
