YDI is a New York-based capacity-building organization that supports the positive development of young people. We work with nonprofit organizations and government agencies to ensure that programs serving young people and the policies that affect them are aligned with best practices in positive youth development. Our goal is to support the nonprofit sector in delivering strong outcomes for young people. Our core services include general and customized training, coaching and organizational consultation, planning and program design, and facilitation of networks and learning communities.
