Citizens Advice Manchester offers free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information. We deliver advice across a whole range of channels including face to face, telephone, video advice, webchat, Facebook messenger and WhatsApp.
We are one of the country’s most progressive and dynamic advice services. Operating a range of community-based drop-ins, a dedicated telephone and digital advice centre and a mobile advice unit, we employ approximately 200 staff. Our approach is client centred and focused on a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
