alma-nac has built a reputation for its imaginative yet pragmatic work. In 2015, alma-nac was named as one of the top 20 ‘emerging architectural talents’ by Wallpaper* Magazine and one of the top 25 ‘Architects du jour’ by The Sunday Times. alma-nac has previously won the NLA’s Don’t Move Improve Award, and have exhibited their competition winning research proposals at the Royal Academy, London.
alma-nac’s investigative attitude has seen their project size expand steadily. Their innovative uses of space at the single dwelling level have led onto larger scale housing, co-living and workspace commissions.
alma-nac is an RIBA Chartered practice, and through its directors has taught and lectured at universities throughout the UK.
