Dylan's Wings of Change is a foundation dedicated to the memory of Dylan Hockley, one of the first-grade victims of the shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary in 2012. We use experiential education pedagogies to foster empathy and empower people with the belief that they matter. The foundation has created Wingman, an experiential learning-based program that fosters empathy and connection, building strong inclusive communities. Wingman is ideally suited for Social & Emotional Learning, Leadership and Professional Development, and community-building initiatives. It is suitable for all ages, not just kids!
