Shared Smiles is a South African non-profit organization that helps primarily young adults to discover themselves and make career and life decisions based on the results of scientific psychometric tests. We encourage people to take psychometric tests and provide group counselling based on their results. Psychometrica is managed by a global team of experts in psychometry and psychology and supported by engineers and designers.
