Byrne Vineyards are a significant family owned wine business, celebrating 50 years as vignerons.
Three generations and with 350 hectares of vineyards in the Clare Valley and Riverland, South Australia, Byrne are one of the largest South Australian grape growers. Crafting from estate grown fruit, using sustainable winegrowing methods, Byrne Vineyards are proudly building wine brands for Australian and International markets.
Environmental sustainability is integral to the business which has won multiple awards including SAWIA Environmental Excellence 2013 Award for water usage and the United Nations World Environment Day 2014 [Finalist].
Peter Gajewski winemaker [ex Penfold’s Senior Winemaker] and Phil Reedman Master of Wine make up the winemaking team while the vineyards are managed by Terry Byrne and his team. The Australian office is based in Norwood close to Adelaide and International country offices are in Europe, UK and China.
