The Office of Police and Crime Commissioner supports the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) serving Hampshire and Isle of Wight.
PCCs are elected to make policing more accountable and give people a greater voice on police and crime matters.
Setting the strategy for policing, crime and disorder reduction and victim support, Police and Crime Commissioners are required to produce a Police and Crime Plan.
The Police and Crime Commissioner’s team is made up of a small selection of experienced people. The team is led by the Chief Executive. The people who work with the Commissioner include experts in areas such as policy; scrutiny; finance; communications and engagement and business administration.
