100WEEKS - Temporary Cash for Permanent Change. We provide the poorest women in a community with weekly direct cash transfers (mobile money) during 100WEEKS . The women decide how to spend the money. The women receive weekly training and coaching in groups of 20. During our 100WEEKS curriculum they learn life, financial and entrepreneurial skills. Next to that they also set up their own Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA). After 100WEEKS these women and their families are structurally lifted out of poverty. We are focussed on innovative solutions that have a high impact. The system is IT driven and the intervention is based on scientific research. We continuously collect data from the participants to measure their progress & well-being. We use this data to continuously improve our program. The result? In 100WEEKS these women have lifted themselves and their families out of poverty. Enabling a more prosperous life for themselves and their children.
