Creating awareness is one of the keys to sustainable change. As such feedback tools on values and behaviours from the perspective of culture and leadership play an essential role in the change process.
To do that we have developed a unique approach:
Partnership Model:
The first difference we bring you is one of mindset. We offer an approach that is based on collaborative partnerships internally and externally (with other providers).
Organisational Readiness:
Secondly, our approach recognises the importance of organisational readiness to accept and implement the changes. Our approach embraces engagement and empowerment. Sharing events that have made people glad, sad and mad enables participants to move to the stage of readiness to look forward to the future and fully engage in bringing it into reality.
Strengths-based:
Thirdly, there is an unwritten rule in many organisations that if you take care of the problems, the strengths will take care of themselves. Our approach is based on a different perspective. We use Appreciative Inquiry to help the organisation understand its strengths, vision, values and desired culture, rather than focusing on the problems. Once an image of a preferred future has been crafted, the attention turns to tactical issues: ‘How do we get there?’
Measurement – Action – Re-Measure Process:
When using measurement tools to support change, it is essential to re-measure at a later date to assess the effectiveness of the change strategies and progress towards the desired outcomes.
Objectives: Our approach is designed to achieve the following objectives:
- To engage all members of the system in creating a solid foundation for future growth.
- To build energy, enthusiasm and an affirmative atmosphere essential to sustain growth.
- To increase the capability of the whole organisation to initiate and implement change in a strengths-based, participative way.
