Ashton Pioneer Homes (APH) is an award-winning, not-for-profit community benefit society and registered provider that manages almost 1,000 homes, situated in the St. Peter’s ward of Ashton-under-Lyne, close to the town centre and its facilities. In addition to our existing homes, have an on-going development programme aimed at addressing priority housing needs. This focuses on bringing empty homes in Tameside back into use. We employ over 40 staff, many of whom live locally.
