Having grown up in a family leading the physical and electronic security space since 1923, I’ve got 35+ years of experience running middle market, regional and national security companies. I have arranged mergers and acquisitions, been engaged as crisis CEO, CFO and COO, raised debt and equity financing and served as an expert witness in cases involving central monitoring stations, business valuation and product liability. I hold NICET IV, Fire Alarm certification, am a licensed private investigator and certified fraud examiner. I am involved with SIA, TMA, ASIS, NFPA, ESA, ALOA and other trade associations. I am an active volunteer firefighter, EMT and member of the Howell Township Office of Emergency Management.
