Aptly, PCI began as a conversation. Two of us were working in tough corporate roles, and we asked each other ‘When does work not feel like work?’. The answer we both agreed upon was when we felt ‘in flow’. For us, that meant being engaged with those around us, inspiring and trusting one another and pulling in the same direction. We felt that it was also a time where our strengths could be optimised while acting with transparent beliefs and behaviours. That was 1995. Since then, we’ve been on a relentless quest to engage all who we work with — valuing relationships, inspiring others, instilling pride and putting trust at the centre of our world and our clients’ worlds. Exactly the answer we came upon that day, made real, on a global scale. Fast-forward to today, and PCI coaches number almost 100. We have 35 coaches in the UK and a further 57 in other locations worldwide. Every one of our coaches stands by our values yet collectively we’re always learning. That’s why we’re renewing our focus on innovation, global leadership and being subject-matter experts on the issues and challenges everyone faces in times of uncertainty, economic flux and continual digital evolution.
With our clients, we’ve won over 25 industry and training awards, including seven National Training Awards — The UK’s top accolade. We’re also credited for being the global thought leader in the Courageous Conversations movement, as featured on the BBC and news sources worldwide. In complex times, changes happen fast. In the universe of your organisation, no one can be certain of what’s around the corner, or how external forces will affect it. Our programmes are built to develop resilience and agility — two qualities that mean mindsets are ready for what’s coming. They’re also about learning to innovate better, think differently, and turn diversity into strength. Altogether, we can help your organisation more than cope with ever-changing market environments.
