Scott Hobbs Planning Limited is an established planning and development consultancy, re-launched in June 2012 with Paul Scott joining as Managing Director. The company assists clients throughout the British Isles, including developers, landowners and retailers. It is currently active in the education, energy, residential, retail, student accommodation and market recovery sectors. SHP was founded by Director Sheila Hobbs in 2004 and focuses on providing highly commercial planning and development advice, operating in the private and public sectors.
