Established in 2001, Premier Surplus, Inc. is a certified woman owned Georgia corporation specializing in electronics recycling solutions with an emphasis on sustainability. Our offerings include end-to-end IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), “end-of- life” equipment management, secure logistics, certified data destruction, product destruction, remarketing, and recycling for all types of IT hardware and electronics.
Premier Surplus is the largest privately owned electronics recycler in the Southeast and one of only two R2v3 AND NAID AAA certified facilities in the State of Georgia. Our 137,000 square foot recycling facility is located on 11 secure acres just north of Atlanta in Dawsonville, GA.
Proven customer service and the ability to be a one-stop electronic asset recycling provider has allowed Premier Surplus, Inc. to stand apart from our competition. We own and operate our own logistics fleet of trucks; 40 semi-trailers, 2 tractors and 6 box trucks service customers on a daily basis across the state. We provide all aspects of the disposal process (logistics, data destruction, breakdown, remarketing, destruction/shredding and recycling) in-house with none of these processes being outsourced.
Currently, over one hundred thirty employees serve our client partners at our North Georgia facility, specializing in IT asset disposition solutions for Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 corporate clients as well as healthcare, public sector, K-12 and higher ed organizations throughout the Southeast. As part of our R2 and NAID certifications, Premier Surplus adheres to both HIPAA and DOD/DOE guidelines in regards to the safe-guarding and destruction of customer data.
