We believe that culture is a right, not a privilege, and that everyone deserves access to the benefits that cultural engagement brings, to see themselves and their communities represented in the best of what the city has to offer. We exist to develop the city’s creative and cultural industries and act as a conduit for the vast array of talent and potential that exists here.
