Life Street is the result of decades of experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), workplace wellbeing and mental health programs.
Life Street shifts the paradigm in Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and Wellbeing Programs from the reactive to the proactive, from awareness raising to wellbeing self-management and from training to strategic solutions. Aware of the strengths and limitations of traditional EAPs, mental health and resilience training programs, Life Street was developed to better engage and support all employees and manage risk while informing evidence based workplace strategies.
Life Street founder, Paul Flanagan, knows about psychological wellbeing and organisational programs. As founder of Davidson Trahaire Corpsych and a clinical and organisational psychologist with over 30 years’ experience, Paul has played an integral role in shaping the wellbeing landscape from Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), workplace mental health and behavioural risk management to wellbeing strategy.
Paul and his team have a unique depth of experience advising and developing programs across industries and many thousands of employees in Australia and globally. We have combined the deep expertise from working with over 200 organisations along with fresh thinking and tools for the modern workplace.
Life Street is Employee Wellbeing & Assistance for the 21st Century Workplace.
