Mariano Moreno Culinary Institute (MMCI) was created over 50 years ago and its now present in 7 countries including Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador, Venezuela, Dominican Republic and United States. MMCI provides comprehensive training in cuisine and pastry to culinary professionals and enthusiasts. Every year we welcome hundreds of students that are passionate about the culinary arts. We developed our own method of education that combines theory and practice in several areas of the hospitality industry and forms excellent professionals preparing them for an international career while developing their creativity and work ethics. The mission of the MMCI is to promote worldwide appreciation of culinary arts and encourage excellence in the food business at all levels.
