EDAI has developed an innovative project within a socially committed enterprise that provides top quality
services with sustainable resources within an international network.
At the core of EDAI, EDAI Associació/Asociación are non-profit organisations specialised in early years
development, dedicated to the health and wellbeing of children and families, specially the least advantaged.
Since 2008, the Associació EDAI manages, in economic agreement with Generalitat de Catalunya, the public
early years services (CDIAP) of the districts Les Corts-Sarrià and Sant Martí in Barcelona.
Since 2023 Asociación EDAI also manages an early years public service (CAT de la Comunidad de Madrid) in el Retiro district in Madrid.
EDAI also leads other social projects from private or public sources such as Consorci d’Educació de Barcelona, Institut Municipal de Discapacitat de Barcelona, Institut Municipal Barcelona Esports, Ayuntamiento de Madrid or Fundació La Caixa.
Working alongside EDAI, EDAI’s School of Neurodevelopment and Mental Health is a specialized centre
offering professional training in the fields of mental health and neurodevelopment. At the top of this practice, the
EDAI International Conference on Neurodevelopment and Mental Health has become a well-known reference
for the latest advances in the field.
EDAI also has its own research group working on evidence-based practices and studies and publishing its own
results.
During these past years EDAI successfully became a national reference for early years development.
Our main purpose is to treat our little
customers and their families the best possible way to achieve better and happier lives and of course a better
world.
