TEACH is an initiative in educational transformation. The Transcontinental Educator Artist Collective for Humanity, "TEACH." wants to change the world. We believe the best way to do this is through education. Our mission is to bring together artists and teachers from across the globe. These visionaries will collaborate to design arts integrated lessons that teach students to think, analyze, and dream big. T.E.A.C.H. believes... 1. Teachers are heroes (who are not paid enough). 2. Teaching Artists are heroes (without steady income). 3. When teachers and teaching artists collaborate to design curriculum incredible connections happen. ie: The physics and music making, learning empathy through history, the mathematics of hip hop! 4. By supporting educators through professional development an exponential number of students will be reached across the globe in perpetuity! 5. If all kindred spirits could donate just $10 a year T.E.A.C.H. could become a global nonprofit organization working to improve teaching practice and education for students all over the world. TEACH - is a Creative Learning Marketplace TEACH Artists are vetted, highly qualified, experienced, and effective educators whose previous clients include: The Kennedy Center, The WolfTrap Earty Learning Institute, Maryland State Board of Education and Young Audiences Arts for Learning. In Person and On-Line Workshops are custom designed for client needs.
