Mr. Pankaj Jain started his career in the year 2002, advising clients on corporate and securities laws and allied issues. Over a period of time, he diversified into regulatory and compliance matters. He then founded Veda Legal in 2014 proving range of corporate legal services to corporate and assistance to clients in all areas of corporate laws and securities laws practice. The express purpose of the Firm was advising companies, both Indian and foreign, desirous of expanding their operations in India. Our primary focus is on corporate and securities laws matters, exchange control and FEMA/ RBI matters, corporate and capital restructuring and stamp duty matters. The Firm also works with some of big 4/5 audit & consulting Firms advising them and their clients on various aspects of Corporate law.
