Sinai, Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, and Memorial Sloan Kettering. Leading operational turnaround, growth strategy into new products, and selection of a permanent CEO. Brought in by the Board.
• Advisor to the Board of Sellas Life Sciences Group, a clinical stage drug development company. Led operational processes during the company’s reverse merger and helped set up the public company Board of Directors, including hiring of CFO, General Counsel, and investment management firm. Brought in by major shareholder in Europe.
• Portfolio Manager for Patriarch Partners, a $4B distressed private equity firm. Oversaw 8 companies in the portfolio in the consumer products and manufacturing sectors. Directed operational strategy in the interest of the primary secured creditor for each company.
• Consultant to the United States Army merger of $3.5B program of record with similarly sized program at the Navy. Managed teams that included program, contract, logistics, and technology management for products deployed in over 170 countries.
• Investor and manager as CEO of Affinitel, a telecommunications company headquartered in San Francisco with several thousand business customers, including the California Highway Patrol, Safeway, Rite Aid, and Wells Fargo. Delivered 100% revenue growth, over 200% cash flow growth, paying off debt 3.5 years ahead of schedule.
