The Business for Entrepreneurship & Social Enterprise ("TBC") is a 501(c)(3) that is incubating the future start-ups and strengthening the existing small enterprises that will power Northwest Philadelphia's minority business ecosystem. Through education and networking, TBC seeks to better position minority companies to develop and vet their business concepts and further establish their reputations.
