A #MakeInIndia initiative, our vision is to transform energy sector by bringing about a green revolution with affordable and accessible technology innovations for MSMEs. Within a month of getting founded, RBG has already generated employment for 4 people, with a target to double it by Dec'2022, by leveraging the team's strong relationship with leading academic institutes to further strengthen industry-academicia connect. RBG has successfully achieved Start-up India & Start-up Bengal recognition already, which is a coveted honour conferred upon very few selected new entrants. Our vision is to be the sustainability driver for transforming the MSME sector, with a mission to develop and provide innovative process solutions to make green technology more accessible and affordable for the MSME sector through waste management, energy conservation, circularity and zero-discharge initiatives. We are actively working with various multifunctional departments of Jadavpur University, Kolkata for various initiatives, including the incubation program for budding entrepreneurs to bring about social impact. Department of Chemical Engineering at JU has already commenced a proof-of-concept for joint development of sustainable technology solution, aligned with our vision. About the Founder: Pallavi Luharuka is an expert in Strategy deployment, Customer relationship, Technology innovation, R&D, Process and Product Development, Process Flow sheeting and Simulation, Design, Technical Sales and Commercial Sales, Six Sigma, TRIZ, she has successfully accomplished sales worth >US$ 300 MM over ~10 years in the Oil and Gas Sector in India, Middle East, China, Asia Pacific and Europe with leading MNCs of Honeywell and WR Grace. She is a Gold Medallist in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, Cost & Management Accountant from ICWAI, Kolkata, MBA (Marketing) from IGNOU . She holds two patents in process development and optimization in fuels sectors.
