Global Water Stewardship resolves sanitation issues in the developing world by educating people and engineering sustainable centralized solutions that keep waterways clean and communities healthy.
Global Water Stewardship (GWS) is an organization founded by Central States Water Environment Association (CSWEA) Executive Director, Mohammed Haque with the intent to bring together a network of water and sanitation professionals in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin to address the pressing issue that about 2.4 billion people lack access to improved sanitation worldwide. The organization is currently working diligently in Costa Rica to provide centralized wastewater solutions to several communities.
