In 1976 Paddy Ward established Grange Cleaning Services to provide professional and quality window and carpet cleaning services. 1998 saw Grange Cleaning Services re-launch as Agua-Clean Services to coincide with the launch of introduction of the Reach & Wash System to window cleaning in Ireland. Today Agua-Clean Services provides a comprehensive window and industrial cleaning to rope access services.
