Columbia United Providers, Inc. (CUP) was a local health plan founded on the idea that Clark County physicians and hospitals could team up and coordinate care closer to home. From 1994 - 2015, CUP provided care to the community's most vulnerable populations through the state Medicaid program and in January 2015, CUP expanded into the commercial market on the Washington Health Benefit Exchange. CUP was acquired by Molina Healthcare in December of 2015.
