Competence Dimensions Ltd. is the publisher and sole proprietor of the WOPI competency concept. WOPI enables organizations to set up an integrated system for acquisition and development of work competence, transforming HR into a true development function for the disrupting future of work. This is done with research based multilingual instrumentation and online education materials. Integration across individuals, teams and organization is achieved through use of the shared set of competencies. 14 basic competencies are individuals’ (and teams’) characteristic ways of acting, thinking and viewing the world and oneself.
