Integration across individuals, teams and organization is achieved through use of the shared set of competencies. 14 basic competencies are individuals’ (and teams’) characteristic ways of acting, thinking and viewing the world and oneself. As in individuals earlier developing and longer standing characteristics, the basic competencies guide all educational, occupational and job specific competencies irrespective of age, educational level or work experience.
