The Investment and Infrastructure Development Division manages an investment portfolio in securities across diversified sectors as well as investment properties. CS Energy, located in Bhone, operates a bagasse fired thermal cogeneration power plant and an extraction / condensing power plant capable of producing electricity. The Company operates two fully owned subsidiaries, CS Capital (Private) Limited and Solution de Energy (Private) Limited.
