At Womenful Voice, our mission is to empower Haitian women and girls by providing them with the necessary knowledge, resources, opportunities, and advocacy to achieve long-term positive outcomes, drive economic growth, and ignite social change. We envision a world where women can fully harness their potential, fearlessly express their concerns, and attain holistic socio-economic well-being. In two years, Womenful Voice has made significant strides in empowering Haitian women and girls. Through our comprehensive approach, we have provided knowledge, resources, and opportunities for women to achieve positive outcomes and drive economic growth to over 800 women and girls in NorthEast Haiti. Our educational programs, mentorship initiatives, and advocacy efforts have equipped women to break free from societal limitations and become influential agents of change within their communities. We have fostered a sense of ownership, cultivated sisterhood, promoted career orientation, and challenged gender stereotypes, creating new pathways for women to realize their potential and reshape societal norms. By actively engaging in community involvement and economic betterment projects, we have supported women entrepreneurs and enhanced their economic prospects. Through strategic partnerships and collaborative efforts, we have expanded our reach, amplifying our impact and creating transformative change for Haitian women and girls. With a focus on improving the lives and livelihoods of an additional 10,000 rural women by 2029, we are dedicated to creating a brighter future where Haitian women can thrive, lead, and transform their communities. Together, with the support of our passionate volunteers, partners, and supporters, we will drive social progress, inspire change, and pave the way for gender equality and inclusive development in Haiti.
