We are a group driven by the desire for change, productivity and impact. As an Organisation, we work with vulnerable young women/girls and youths in schools, the community and In particular with the most marginalised groups such as, young mothers and Young People With Disabilities (PWDs) within the ages of 15-35, to give them a voice and create space for them, strengthening their capacity to maximise their potentials through information, education, independent living and allow them to make decisions that affect their lives. We initiate a framework to share best practices and build collaborative networks with community members and other organizations fighting for social transformation at local, national and international levels.
