Consorcio Decoyne is a partnership of three Venezuelan consulting companies (INELMECA, Consultores Occidentales S.A. (COSA), y DEPROEX C.A.) and the french company Coyne et Bellier. The company area of expertise is consulting, in the areas of Hydroelectric Engineering. Decoyne has a very strong relationship with EDELCA, where it has worked as expert advisor in different areas of all EDELCA hydroeectric projects.
