The company has three offices located in Kazan (Russian Federation), Astana (Kazakhstan), and Istanbul (Turkey) Creative Project provides a full range of architectural and engineering services, from initial concept to project completion. This includes schematic design, design development and construction documents. The Company is offering design service in multiple disciplines including architecture, landscape architecture, planning, interiors and structural, mechanical and electrical engineering. Also, with the Russia and Kazakhstan experience of more than 10 years, it gives Construction Surveillance services. Creative Project has provided the services to clients on a wide range of building types, including hotels, educational facilities, health care facilities, office buildings, large scale residential projects, trade and entertainment centers, media centers. Creative Project, with the international and the regional expertise, has been working with well-known famous architects and engineers, like Foster and Partners, KishoKurokawa, BuroHappold, Tabanlioglu Architects etc., as the local project group partner. In such partnerships, the scope of our work usually covers developing detailed design, construction drawings - shop drawings, adaptation of the project to the local norms and getting approvals from local authorities. The Company also has experience of working with world-wide known hotel operators such as Hilton, Marriott, Swissotel, Capella and Rixos.
